Term & Conditions

  • Standard check in is 2pm on the day of arrival and check out is 12 am
  • (Short breaks are available in low season Oct.-Mar., pro-rata) There is a £35 per week supplement for electricity in the winter.
  • A £100 refundable retainer is payable for potential damages and/or additional cleaning
  • A 50% deposit is payable on confirmation of booking.

our cottages in a clean and tidy condition for your enjoyment. It would be appreciated if the cottage you are staying in could be left in a reasonable condition when you depart. 
(If extra cleaning of the cottage is required due to being left in an excessively untidy condition, there may be a cleaning surcharge of up to £15 per hour.)

  • It is the responsibility of Guests to read all terms and conditions prior to to booking.
  • In the event any key, security device, remote control for TV, Air conditioner etc. is lost , or goods belonging to the property are missing - payment is the responsibility of the guest.
  • Any booking altered or changed in any way ie: date change, transfer, cancellation, by a guest must be in writing or via email to Our Cottages. Any change will not take effect until confirmed by return mail or email from us. No verbal request shall be accepted.
  • Any cancellation will incur a fee.If the cancellation occours more than 45 days(Apr.-Sep.)and 14 days(Oct.-Mar.)(prior to the date of arrival a charge 10% of  is incurred.
  • Cancellations notified 45 days (Apr.-Sep.) and 14 days(Oct.-Mar.) or less and more than 7 days will incur forfeit the full deposit.
  • Cancellations 7 days or less will forfeit 100% of total tariff.
  • Weather conditions do not constitute a booking cancellation and forfeit of deposit will result due to weather conditions not being as expected at time of booking.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
